This is one my favorite pieces of work. A highly successful campaign for Volvo to celebrate 50 years of one of the automotive industry's best invention's, the 3 point seat belt. The fact that the original brief from the client was just a press ad and they were open-minded enough to let me and the agency push it become much much more resulted in a highly successful 'safety campaign' with a twist based on a strong 'local' insight. The campaign performed very well at many award shows including the Dubai Lynx 2010, winning 2 Golds, 2 Bronze and 1 shortlist, which contributed to winning the agency of the year at the show. The campaign also went on to collect a few shortlists at the Loeries in South Africa as well as being one of the best integrated campaigns in the region at the time.
